Hours/Schedule:

  • Travel role; schedule provided upon interview

Key Qualifications:

  • Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with licensure in good standing
  • Demonstrated expertise in Adult Critical Care
  • Experience working in busy emergency departments (ED) with trauma cases
  • Strong blood gas skills: drawing, GEM processing, and interpretation (preferred)
  • Proven background caring for diverse respiratory cases in units such as SICU, CCU, CVICU, ED, Neuro, Trauma
  • Effective time management skills and willingness to support colleagues
  • Confident communication and the ability to thrive in a collaborative team setting

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver respiratory care to acute and critical patients across various units
  • Manage ventilators, administer therapies, and respond to traumas and emergencies
  • Draw, analyze, and interpret blood gases efficiently
  • Collaborate with medical teams on patient management, optimizing respiratory recovery pathways
  • Uphold high standards in documentation and patient safety procedures
