Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist - Bismarck, ND

This travel role places you in a dynamic Respiratory Therapy department, caring for patients from neonates to geriatrics, including those in Level II trauma, NICU, ICU, surgical, medical, and cardiac settings. Here, you’ll collaborate closely with respected colleagues and supportive leadership, gaining exposure to advanced equipment and diverse care practices. The work culture values independence, strong clinical judgment, and teamwork with physicians—developing your confidence and adaptability.

Schedule/Hours:

• 12-hour shifts: 6:00 am – 6:30 pm or 6:00 pm – 6:30 am
• Rotating every third weekend and every third holiday
• Department-specific orientation: 3 shifts (12 hours each)

Qualifications:

• Current RRT or CRT credential (ND license required)
• BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications
• Demonstrated NICU experience
• Experience with neonatal to geriatric populations
• Comfortable working independently and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality respiratory care across all care areas: inpatient, outpatient, ER, rehab, sleep lab, and more
• Manage equipment including Airvo, PB 840, PB 980, Hamilton C1, MR1 vents, and V-60 Respironics
• Act as a valued resource and clinical partner to physicians and other disciplines
