Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required.
• Current Massachusetts license or eligibility to obtain.
• Experience providing respiratory therapies, ventilator management, and emergency airway procedures.
• ACLS and BLS certifications (preferred).
• Excellent critical thinking and communication skills.
• Prior travel or acute care experience is a plus, but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver therapeutic and diagnostic respiratory procedures to patients in acute and critical care settings.
• Assess, monitor, and document patient progress; adjust treatment plans under provider direction.
• Operate and monitor ventilators, perform arterial blood gas analysis, and respond to emergency situations.
• Collaborate with medical teams to develop respiratory care plans and patient education.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality assurance guidelines.
