Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required.
- Current Massachusetts license or eligibility to obtain.
- Experience providing respiratory therapies, ventilator management, and emergency airway procedures.
- ACLS and BLS certifications (preferred).
- Excellent critical thinking and communication skills.
- Prior travel or acute care experience is a plus, but not required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver therapeutic and diagnostic respiratory procedures to patients in acute and critical care settings.
- Assess, monitor, and document patient progress; adjust treatment plans under provider direction.
- Operate and monitor ventilators, perform arterial blood gas analysis, and respond to emergency situations.
- Collaborate with medical teams to develop respiratory care plans and patient education.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality assurance guidelines.
