Qualifications:
- Registered or Certified Respiratory Therapist (NBRC RRT or CRT)
- Valid WA Respiratory Therapist license (required)
- Current ACLS & BLS certifications (American Heart Association)
- Experience assisting with invasive and non-invasive procedures
- Strong ventilator management and airway maintenance expertise
- Ability to conduct pulmonary function studies, cardiac/pulmonary stress tests, and interpret blood gases
Responsibilities:
- Deliver both diagnostic and therapeutic cardiopulmonary services to inpatients and outpatients
- Assist physicians during procedures, including intubations and insertion of arterial lines
- Administer medicated aerosols and manage airways
- Perform and interpret pulmonary function and stress tests
- Ensure compliance with medical protocols and department procedures
