Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) | Brookfield, Wisconsin

Schedule/Hours:

• 13-week assignment
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• Night shifts: 12-hour and 8-hour blocks (0630-1500 or 0630-1900)
• Every 2nd or 3rd weekend
• Orientation begins 5/6

Qualifications:

• Current RRT or CRT license; WI RRT required
• 3 years’ recent experience, including NICU and critical care
• ACLS, BLS certifications (must attach upon application)
• Proficiency with EPIC charting within the last 12 months
• Experience in emergency & critical care, NICU
• Strong adaptability and resilience; effective in fast-paced, changing environments
• Social, communicative, and collaborative team player
• COVID-19 vaccination or valid exemption

Responsibilities:

• Deliver advanced respiratory care in NICU, emergency, and critical care settings
• Respond efficiently to patient needs across various hospital units
• Accurately document care in EPIC systems
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Float to Oconomowoc, Mukwonago, and other units as needed (never beyond your clinical scope without mutual approval)
