Schedule/Hours:

  • Guaranteed 36 hours per week
  • Night shifts: 12 and 8 hours (typical: 6:30 PM–7:00 AM or 6:30 AM–3:00 PM)
  • Includes every 2nd or 3rd weekend
  • 13-week contract

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional respiratory care in emergency, critical care, and NICU settings
  • Float between core units and neighboring facilities as census requires
  • Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to provide optimal patient outcomes
  • Efficiently document using EPIC EHR system

Qualifications:

  • Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or CRT license; WI RRT required
  • Valid ACLS and BLS certifications
  • Three years of relevant experience, with NICU and critical care proficiency
  • Recent EPIC EHR charting experience (within past 12 months)
  • Resilient, adaptable, and collaborative with strong interpersonal skills
  • Covid-19 vaccination or qualifying exemption
