Schedule:

• 36 guaranteed hours per week (except orientation/holidays)
• Nights: 12- and 8-hour shifts
• Every 2nd or 3rd weekend required

Qualifications:

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) with active Wisconsin license
• 3 years of critical care experience required
• Confident caring for NICU patients; comfortable with emergencies
• Proficiency in EPIC documentation (within last 12 months)
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, RRT (or CRT)
• Covid-19 vaccination (or approved exemption)
• Adaptable, strong work ethic, socially adept, resilient

Responsibilities:

• Deliver respiratory care in both critical care and NICU settings
• Chart accurately using EPIC
• Float between units and alternate facilities based on patient census (never outside clinical skillset)
• Work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment
• Uphold high standards for patient safety and infection control
