Schedule / Hours

• 13-week contract
• Guaranteed 36 hours per week
• Nights: 12- and 8-hour shifts (06:30–15:00 or 06:30–19:00)
• Every 2nd or 3rd weekend required
• No on-call/call back requirements
• Float to other area facilities and units as needed

Qualifications

• Three years’ experience as a Respiratory Therapist
• NICU experience essential; comfortable in critical care environments
• Active WI RRT license (or CRT)
• Current ACLS & BLS
• Proficiency with EPIC charting in last 12 months
• Adaptable, energetic, and manages change well
• Friendly, collaborative, and hardworking
• COVID-19 vaccine (unless exempt for medical/religious reasons)

Responsibilities

• Deliver respiratory care for emergency, critical care, and NICU settings
• Float to alternate facilities and units per census/need (within skill set)
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Utilize leadership and resilience in fast-paced environments
