Schedule / Hours:

  • 36 hours per week
  • Rotating days/evenings as needed; day shifts may include 11a-11p rotation
  • Every other weekend required
  • Straight night position available

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist in an acute care setting, with ventilator proficiency
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in respiratory therapy
  • Current CRT or RRT credential from the NBRC
  • Active Massachusetts Respiratory Therapist license
  • Ability to perform arterial blood gas draws
  • Experience with EPIC (preferred)

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive respiratory care across ICU, Med/Surg, ED, and specialty units
  • Monitor and manage advanced ventilator support
  • Collaborate in a well-staffed, multidisciplinary environment
  • Maintain accurate electronic charting and patient records
