Schedule/Hours:
- Night shifts (18:00 – 06:30)
- 36 guaranteed hours per week
- 13-week assignment
- Weekend hours and call as required
- Orientation on day shift (must be available the entire week)
Qualifications:
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT), licensed
- BLS and ACLS (AHA only), NRP, and PALS certifications required
- 3+ years of clinical experience
- Experience with adult, pediatric, and neonatal populations
- Critical care background strongly preferred
- Proficient with EPIC EMR
- Commitment to working night shifts and adapting to varied patient care needs
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct patient care for all aspects of respiratory therapy in accordance with physician orders
- Serve as an advanced resource for physicians and nursing staff regarding respiratory care
- Consult with physicians to assess and enhance therapy effectiveness
- Participate actively during orientation and ongoing professional development
- Float to different areas as needed within the facility
