Required Qualifications/Experience:
- Current licensure as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
- Graduate of a recognized Respiratory Therapy program (Associate or higher)
- Valid BLS certification (ACLS and PALS certifications preferred)
- Recent clinical experience in an acute care or hospital setting
- Strong clinical assessment and ventilator management skills
- Excellent communication and patient education abilities
