As a Registered Respiratory Therapist in this travel role, you’ll engage with a diverse range of patients in a high-acuity hospital environment. Key Qualifications:

  • Active Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credentials required
  • Proficient in adult critical care
  • Demonstrated experience in high-volume, fast-paced Emergency Department settings with trauma cases
  • Preferred: Experience with blood gas draws, processing on GEM analyzers, and interpretation of blood gas results
  • Capable of managing care for a variety of patients—including those in SICU, CCU, CVICU, ED, neuro, and trauma units
  • Strong, confident communicator with excellent time management
  • Collaborative attitude; ready to assist colleagues as needed

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional respiratory care to adult patients across critical hospital units
  • Perform assessments, administer therapies, and monitor equipment
  • Prioritize patient safety and coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
  • Support comprehensive trauma and emergency interventions
