Key Qualifications

  • Current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential
  • Proficiency in pediatric respiratory care techniques
  • Experience with Medicated Aerosol Therapy, Mechanical Ventilation, and Non-Invasive Ventilation
  • Background working with airway management, intubation support, and transport of pediatric/neonatal patients
  • Ability to perform and analyze blood gases
  • Familiarity with clinical guidelines for Asthma, CF, HFNC, and Nitric Oxide protocols

Primary Responsibilities

  • Deliver advanced respiratory therapies including nebulization, airway clearance, high-risk delivery support, and surfactant administration
  • Manage invasive and non-invasive ventilation (CPAP/BiPAP/NIMV), including ventilator system checks and troubleshooting
  • Conduct airway management, tracheostomy care, and participation in neonatal rapid response
  • Perform monitoring with pulse oximetry, capnography, and transcutaneous CO2
  • Participate in patient education and clinical consults regarding therapy plans
  • Safely handle internal and external transport of ventilated pediatric and neonatal patients

$2,178 - $2,304/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
