Schedule/Hours

• 36 or 48 hours per week available
• Holidays as required

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in nursing
• Active Registered Nurse license in Alabama or compact state (no temp licenses)
• Current AHA BLS or Red Cross certification
• Minimum 2 years’ nursing experience (18 months considered, with 1 year recent experience in the specialty area)
• Willingness to float between units and facilities as needed

Responsibilities

• Deliver specialized care to patients with acute and chronic respiratory conditions
• Manage complex cases, including pneumonia, COPD, diabetes, GI issues, strokes, and surgical patients
• Collaborate in daily interdisciplinary team rounds
