Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Active Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required
• Valid state licensure for practice as a Respiratory Therapist
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications preferred
• Experience with both adult and pediatric respiratory care a plus
• Strong critical thinking, assessment, and communication abilities
• Ability to adapt quickly in diverse clinical settings

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive respiratory care, including ventilator management, arterial blood gas analysis, and airway management
• Assess, monitor, and document patients’ cardiopulmonary status
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals to develop and modify care plans
• Educate patients and families on respiratory care and equipment
• Uphold rigorous infection control and safety standards
