Schedule:

• 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM shifts
• Minimum three 12-hour shifts per week
• Rotating weekends

As a skilled Respiratory Therapist in this dynamic facility, you’ll work across all inpatient units and collaborate closely in 10-bed ICUs, handling a variety of advanced therapies and procedures. With a supportive and experienced team of 30 colleagues, you’ll build strong interdisciplinary relationships, participate in daily unit rounding, and contribute to exceptional patient care—all while gaining hands-on experience with the latest equipment such as Puritan Bennet 980 ventilators, Vapotherm, and more.

Qualifications:

• Current licensure as a Registered Respiratory Therapist
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, NRP
• Experience in critical care and emergency care settings
• Proficient in ventilator and Bipap management, aerosol therapy, intubation, arterial line insertion, and bedside bronchoscopy assistance
• Strong communication skills with a compassionate approach

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality respiratory care throughout all inpatient units
• Perform advanced respiratory procedures and equipment management
• Participate in interdisciplinary rounding to enhance patient outcomes
• Rotate through ICU and other hospital departments as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation via Meditech system
