Schedule:

• Night shift: 6:30pm–7:00am

Key Qualifications:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Respiratory Therapy preferred
• Active NBRC-RRT and RCP licensure required
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP certifications (or eligibility within 180 days)
• At least six months of critical care experience
• Previous Pediatric, Emergency Department, and Critical Care experience strongly preferred
• Excellent communication and critical thinking abilities; strong customer relations skills

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver respiratory care, assess and administer therapy for high-acuity, complex patients
• Independently manage ventilators, perform advanced airway and cardiac support interventions
• Conduct patient and family education, act as a mentor for new team members and students
• Maintain accurate electronic documentation and ensure best-in-class patient safety standards
• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
