Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage mechanical ventilation and medicated aerosol delivery
  • Conduct airway clearance therapy and patient monitoring
  • Administer oxygen and humidity therapy
  • Assist with special procedures including CPR, specialty gases, bronchoscopy, and patient transport
  • Adhere to all hospital policies, standards, and confidentiality requirements related to Protected Health Information (PHI)
  • Participate in annual training and uphold institutional codes of conduct

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Respiratory Therapy (Required)
  • Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential with an active Ohio license upon hire
  • Ability to follow department-specific procedures post-orientation
  • Physical capability to perform duties involving frequent standing, walking, lifting (up to 50 lbs), pushing, pulling, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and occasional climbing
