This assignment features a 240-bed facility with advanced Hamilton G5 equipment, utilizing Meditech EMR, and offers flexible scheduling for optimal work-life balance. You will play an integral role in specialized settings including NICU and ICU, where autonomy and critical thinking are highly valued. The supportive, collaborative team environment encourages continued learning, participation in ventilator liberation protocols, and direct involvement in patient and staff education.

Schedule / Hours:

• 6P – 6A shifts
• Flexible scheduling options

Qualifications:

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with minimum 6 months of acute care hospital experience
• BLS, ACLS, NRP, and PALS certifications required
• CRT or NBRC credential required
• Preferred: Meditech EMR experience, and background in PICU or NICU

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer respiratory treatments, set up ventilators, and assist with intubation
• Perform arterial blood gases, patient and staff education, and all aspects of RT therapy
• Provide care across ED, PEDS, ICU, NICU, and Med-Surg
• Work collaboratively while demonstrating autonomy and sound clinical judgment
