Qualifications:

  • Current credential as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
  • Valid state licensure as a Respiratory Therapist
  • Demonstrated knowledge of respiratory care modalities and protocols
  • Proven experience performing assessment, treatment, and diagnostic testing for patients of varying acuity levels
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with patients, families, and medical staff

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and monitor respiratory therapy treatments and diagnostic procedures
  • Evaluate patient responses and modify care plans accordingly
  • Operate and maintain medical equipment including ventilators and oxygen delivery systems
  • Participate in patient and family education regarding respiratory care and disease management
  • Ensure accurate documentation of therapy sessions and clinical findings
  • Follow infection control protocols and ensure patient safety at all times
