Key Qualifications:

• Registered Respiratory Therapist with current certification
• Proven skill in adult critical care settings
• High-volume, busy Emergency Department exposure, including trauma cases
• Strong, confident communication and time management abilities
• Team-oriented and willing to support colleagues

Preferred Experience:

• Blood gas draws, processing on GEM, and interpretation of results

Population and Setting:

• Care for respiratory patients hospital-wide, including SICU, CCU, CVICU, ED, Neuro, and Trauma

Core Responsibilities:

• Assess, treat, and monitor patients requiring advanced respiratory therapy interventions
• Respond rapidly in critical and trauma situations as part of a multi-disciplinary team
• Perform and analyze blood gas studies to inform treatment plans
• Provide expert respiratory care across intensive, emergency, and neuro/trauma units
• Collaborate with physicians and nurses to optimize patient outcomes
