Schedule/Hours:

  • Travel assignment; specific shifts to be provided upon interview

Qualifications:

  • Current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) licensure
  • 2-3 years of recent experience managing ventilated patients at the bedside, functioning independently
  • Recent work history in a hospital setting with direct NICU experience
  • Strong proficiency with the Servo U ventilator, including modes used in NICU settings
  • Bonus skills: Familiarity with Drager, Bunnell Jet Vent, Sensormedic 3100A oscillator, and Nitric Oxide is highly desirable

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional respiratory care to neonatal and pediatric patients
  • Independently manage and troubleshoot various ventilatory support systems
  • Work collaboratively with NICU and pediatric teams, contributing to patient care plans
  • Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with safety protocols
  • Educate patients’ families on ventilatory care and respiratory support as appropriate
