Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Current licensure as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
• Minimum of 2-3 years of recent, independent bedside experience
• Proven competency managing ventilated patients
• Strong current work history in a similar clinical environment
• Comfort and proficiency with the Servo U ventilator and its modes, particularly in the NICU
• Additional experience with Drager, Bunnell Jet Vent, Sensormedic 3100A oscillator, and Nitric Oxide therapies is highly valued

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive bedside respiratory care for neonatal and pediatric patients
• Independently manage and troubleshoot ventilators, especially the Servo U
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
