Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Current licensure as a Registered Respiratory Therapist
• Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program
• Experience with adult and pediatric respiratory care (preferred)
• Current BLS certification; ACLS preferred
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Previous travel or acute care experience is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer respiratory therapy modalities as ordered by physicians
• Monitor and assess patient response to treatments
• Educate patients and families regarding care plans
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare staff
• Manage emergency situations with a calm, efficient approach
• Maintain accurate charting and documentation

Schedule/Hours:

• Rotating shifts including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
