Key Qualifications:
- Active credentials as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)

- Familiarity with ventilator management, airway care, arterial blood gas analysis, and patient education
- Strong clinical judgment and the ability to respond swiftly in emergency situations

Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, and deliver individualized respiratory care interventions for patients with a range of cardiopulmonary disorders
- Effectively operate and troubleshoot respiratory equipment such as ventilators and oxygen delivery systems
- Monitor patient progress and document therapy outcomes accurately in patient records
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Provide bedside patient education and support for families regarding respiratory conditions and therapies
- Participate in code responses and assist with airway management as needed
