As a Registered Respiratory Therapist, you will be an essential member of the clinical team, performing under the supervision of the cardiopulmonary director or supervisor. This role allows you to take on both basic and advanced cardiopulmonary care tasks, enhancing your skills and advancing your professional journey. Schedule/Hours:
- 13-week travel assignment
Key Qualifications:
- Valid and current West Virginia license as a Registered Respiratory Therapist
- Must be registered with the board for respiratory care
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on respiratory therapy experience required
- Proficient with EPIC electronic health record system
- Compliance with facility attire (navy blue scrubs) and no false nails policy
- Must submit a copy of an unexpired driver’s license
- Disclosure of all relevant licensing information at submission
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver basic and advanced cardiopulmonary care in general patient areas
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to provide comprehensive patient care
- Handle emergency situations and follow established protocols
- Maintain accurate electronic charting/documentation in EPIC system
