Schedule/Hours:

  • Guaranteed shifts: 36–40 hours/week

Desired Qualifications:

  • Current credentials as a Registered Respiratory Therapist
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in adult critical care
  • Experience with Meditech documentation system
  • Proficiency with advanced respiratory equipment and procedures
  • Solid understanding of current safety and infection control policies

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver critical respiratory care to adult patients, including assessment, treatment, and ongoing monitoring
  • Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain specialized respiratory therapy equipment
  • Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care
  • Accurately document care and interventions in Meditech
  • Float to other units as needed while upholding hospital standards and safety protocols

Dress & Appearance Guidelines:

  • Professional scrubs in designated colors
  • Nails must be clean, healthy; no artificial enhancements
  • Hair neat and secured if shoulder-length or longer; no extreme styles or colors
  • Body art covered when feasible; no visible piercings except ears

$1,331 - $1,408/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
