Key Qualifications:
- Current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential
- Valid state Respiratory Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Previous experience in acute care settings preferred
- Willingness to float to the NICU and adapt to various patient populations
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Administer respiratory therapy to patients across multiple units, including NICU
- Perform assessments and implement care plans tailored to individual needs
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes
