Qualifications:

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) credential
• Valid BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• Proficiency with vents, CPAPs, ABGs, Hiflos, and advanced respiratory procedures
• Adaptability with documentation systems (Meditech experience preferred)
• Professionalism in providing high-quality patient care

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and manage ventilators, CPAPs, and high-flow devices
• Perform and interpret arterial blood gases
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes
• Accurately document care in the Meditech system
• Maintain compliance with facility policies and uphold excellent patient experience
