Schedule/Hours:

  • Travel contract; variable shifts

Qualifications:

  • Registered Respiratory Therapist, licensed and in good standing
  • Minimum 2-3 years of recent, independent bedside experience
  • Strong background in ventilator management, specifically with ventilated patients
  • Proficient with the Servo U ventilator and its neonatal modes
  • Current, direct work experience in a clinical setting
  • Bonus proficiency: Drager, Bunnell Jet Vent, Sensormedic 3100A oscillator, and Nitric Oxide
  • NICU experience highly preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver safe, high-quality respiratory care to neonatal and pediatric patients
  • Independently manage ventilated patients, including setup, troubleshooting, and monitoring
  • Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced hospital environment
  • Adapt to new protocols and provide education to patients and families as needed
  • Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to all regulatory standards
