Required Qualifications/Experience:

• Active Registered Respiratory Therapist credential (RRT)
• Minimum 2-3 years of recent, independent bedside experience
• Current, direct clinical experience in managing ventilated patients
• Proficiency with the Servo U ventilator, especially within a NICU setting
• Familiarity with ventilator modes and functions essential for neonates
• Additional experience with Drager, Bunnell Jet Vent, Sensormedic 3100A oscillator, and Nitric Oxide therapies is a plus
