Desired Qualifications:

• Minimum 2-3 years of recent experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist
• Demonstrated ability to function independently at the bedside, especially managing ventilated patients
• Current, hands-on NICU experience is essential
• Familiarity with the Servo U ventilator, with a strong understanding of its modes in a NICU environment
• Experience or knowledge of the Drager, Bunnell Jet Vent, Sensormedic 3100A oscillator, and Nitric Oxide is highly beneficial
