Qualifications:

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with current state licensure
• Minimum 2 years of experience in adult critical care
• Comfortable using the Meditech documentation system
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Commitment to high standards in patient care and safety

Responsibilities:

• Deliver advanced respiratory care to adults in critical care settings
• Perform respiratory assessments and interventions as needed
• Operate and troubleshoot state-of-the-art respiratory equipment
• Adhere to strict infection control and hospital policies
• Accurately document patient care in Meditech
• Float to other departments as required for optimal patient care coverage
