Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential
• Current state respiratory care practitioner license (or eligibility)
• BLS certification; ACLS preferred
• Previous hospital experience is desirable
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills

Responsibilities:

• Assess and treat patients with respiratory disorders across varying acuity levels
• Perform diagnostic tests and administer therapies (oxygen, aerosol medication, ventilation support)
