Schedule/Hours

• Guaranteed 36 or 40 hours weekly (based on assignment specifics)
• Rotating shifts or set schedules (weekends every other/EOW, to be discussed in interview)
• Flexible floating policies based on unit needs

Desired Qualifications

• Registered Respiratory Therapist with active state licensure
• At least 2 years’ experience in acute care, with a strong focus in adult critical care
• Comfort working with Meditech documentation system
• Advanced or specialty skills in respiratory procedures highly preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality respiratory care to acute and critical care adult patients
• Perform advanced procedures as required by the unit
• Document thoroughly and accurately in Meditech
• Float between units as needed, maintaining adaptability
• Work collaboratively with a tenured, supportive interdisciplinary team
• Uphold professional attire (hospital-designated scrubs required, no visible non-ear piercings, artificial nails, or extreme hairstyles)
