This travel opportunity is ideal for a Registered Respiratory Therapist seeking to deepen their experience in adult critical care while expanding their resume and clinical expertise. The role provides hands-on exposure to a dynamic, high-acuity unit using the Meditech documentation system, and collaboration with an experienced, supportive interdisciplinary team.

Schedule/Hours:

  • Guaranteed hours: 36 or 40 per week
  • Shifts and weekend requirements to be discussed during interview
  • Floating as needed

Qualifications:

  • Registered Respiratory Therapist with active certification
  • Minimum 2 years of recent respiratory therapy experience, specifically in adult critical care
  • Experience with advanced respiratory procedures preferred
  • Familiarity with Meditech documentation system a plus
  • Ability to float to other units as required

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality respiratory care to adult critical care patients
  • Operate advanced respiratory equipment and accurately document all care provided
  • Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and ancillary staff to optimize patient outcomes
  • Adhere to strict infection control, documentation, and attendance policies
  • Follow all dress code and grooming standards, including: appropriate scrub color, no artificial nails, neat and natural hair, covered tattoos where possible, and no visible piercings except for ears
