Qualifications and Experience:
- Current certification and licensure as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
- Proven skills in respiratory assessment, implementing therapeutic interventions, and managing ventilator support
- Proficiency in delivering care across diverse patient populations, including adults and pediatrics
- Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and up-to-date documentation practices
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work effectively under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient and team collaboration
- BLS, ACLS, and any additional relevant certifications as required
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, monitor, and treat patients with breathing or cardiopulmonary disorders
- Administer oxygen and aerosol therapy, chest physiotherapy, and advanced airway management according to physician orders
- Set up, operate, and monitor ventilators and other respiratory support devices
- Perform diagnostic tests such as arterial blood gases and pulmonary function testing
- Educate patients and families on respiratory therapies and overall lung health
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and allied healthcare professionals to develop patient care plans
- Maintain accurate, thorough, and timely clinical documentation in compliance with industry standards

$1,800 - $1,958/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
