Schedule/Hours:

• On call 4 nights within a six-week schedule

Desired Qualifications:

• Active, unrestricted license as a Registered Respiratory Therapist
• Proven experience in all RT modalities (ICU, ER, neonatal, pediatric, adult care, etc.)
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Adaptability in fast-paced healthcare environments
• Strong collaboration and communication abilities

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive respiratory care to patients of varying acuity
• Administer and monitor ventilator support, oxygen therapy, and airway management
• Accurately document assessments, interventions, and patient progress
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and allied staff to ensure high standards of care
• Educate patients and families on respiratory care plans
• Provide rapid response and participate in code situations calmly and efficiently
