Desired Qualifications:

• Current licensure as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
• Pediatric experience strongly preferred
• Proficiency in: medicated aerosol therapy, airway clearance/management, ventilation modalities, and pediatric/neonatal protocols
• NRP certification is an asset

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver aerosol, DPI, and MDI therapies; patient/family education
• Administer airway clearance interventions (PEP, cough assist, IPV, high-frequency chest wall oscillation)
• Execute mechanical ventilation, CPAP/BiPAP/NIMV setup, checks, and titration
• Assist in intubation, blood gas sampling, and interpretation
• Manage protocols: asthma, CF, RDS, BPD, nitric oxide, HFNC, etc.
• Support rapid response and specialized neonatal transport teams
• Conduct equipment cleaning and troubleshooting
