Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic and therapeutic respiratory procedures for patients of all ages
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans in coordination with physicians and nurses
• Operate complex respiratory therapy equipment, including ventilators and oxygen delivery devices
• Monitor, document, and report patient progress promptly
• Educate patients and families on respiratory therapy interventions and at-home care
• Maintain strict adherence to safety and infection control protocols

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential
• Valid Massachusetts licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
