Schedule/Hours:

  • Shifts: 6:00 am – 6:30 pm or 6:00 pm – 6:30 am
  • Every third weekend and every third holiday required
  • Orientation: Three 12-hour department-specific shifts

Key Qualifications:

  • Valid ND state licensure as RRT or CRT
  • Current BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications
  • Must have previous NICU experience
  • Comfortable caring for neonatal, pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and in close collaboration with physicians
  • Strong clinical judgment and adaptability
  • Experience with critical respiratory equipment (Airvo, PB 840/PB 980 Vent, Hamilton C1, MR1, V-60 Respironics)

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality respiratory care to patients across inpatient, outpatient, ER, rehab, and sleep lab settings
  • Perform advanced ventilatory support, CPAP, BiPAP, and high-flow oxygen therapies
  • Support high-acuity areas such as NICU, ICU, Level II Trauma, surgical, medical, and cardiac units
  • Maintain excellent documentation and interdepartmental communication
  • Utilize unit-specific orientation to seamlessly integrate into workflows
