Schedule/Hours

  • 36 or 40 guaranteed hours per week
  • Shift and weekend schedule to be confirmed during interview
  • Floating to other units as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with at least 2 years of recent experience, emphasizing adult critical care
  • Experience in units requiring advanced procedures and up-to-date with current respiratory technology
  • Familiarity with Meditech documentation system
  • Specialty certifications preferred

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality respiratory care, including assessment, treatment, and monitoring, for adult critical care patients
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized respiratory strategies
  • Ensure accurate documentation and adhere to unit-specific protocols and industry standards
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and department meetings
  • Flexibly float to support other units if needed, enhancing collaborative skills

  • Scrubs: Specific color may be required (details upon orientation)
  • Nails: No artificial nails; maintain clean, healthy appearance
  • Hair: Neat, conservative style, secured if long
  • Tattoos should be covered when possible; only ear piercings permitted
  • Adhere to attendance and floating guidelines

$1,331 - $1,408/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
