Schedule/Hours:

• Guaranteed hours: 36 or 40 per week
• Discuss shift/workdays and weekend requirements during interview
• Floating to related units as needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality respiratory care in an adult critical care environment
• Assess, plan, and administer therapeutic and diagnostic procedures
• Operate and troubleshoot modern respiratory equipment
• Effectively document in the Meditech system
• Follow all unit and hospital policies regarding dress, grooming, and conduct
• Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Participate in unit-specific initiatives to enhance patient experience

Qualifications & Experience:

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credentials
• Minimum 2 years’ recent experience in adult critical care
• Proficient with a variety of respiratory equipment and procedures
• Familiarity with Meditech documentation preferred
• Commitment to professional standards and patient-centered care
• Must adhere to scrub, nail, hair, tattoo, and piercing policy (scrubs per unit, neat appearance required)
