Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist - Menomonee Falls, WI

Professionally, this role allows you to broaden your expertise by working with diverse patient populations—including those in NICU, emergency, and critical care units—across multiple locations. Schedule / Hours:

• Guaranteed 36 hours/week (except orientation and holidays when certain units close)
• Night shifts: 12-hour and 8-hour rotations, either 0630-1500 or 0630-1900
• Every second or third weekend rotation
• No on-call or call-back requirements

Qualifications:

• Active RRT with Wisconsin license (or Certified Respiratory Therapist with equivalent credentials)
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Minimum 3 years’ experience, with significant NICU and critical care background
• Current EPIC charting skills within the last 12 months
• Demonstrated ability in emergency, critical care, and neonatal environments
• Adaptable, reliable, and comfortable with change; strong communication and teamwork skills
• COVID-19 vaccination, unless qualified for exemption

Responsibilities:

• Deliver advanced respiratory care to neonates, critically ill, and emergent patients
• Float to Oconomowoc, Mukwonago, and other units as assigned based on census, under supportive team supervision
• Utilize EPIC for accurate and thorough patient charting
• Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal care and outcomes
• Adhere to established protocols while maintaining professional flexibility
