Schedule / Hours:

  • 36 guaranteed hours per week
  • Night shifts: 12s and 8s (06:30-15:00 or 06:30-19:00)
  • Every 2nd or 3rd weekend required
  • 13-week contract
  • Orientation date: 5/6

Qualifications:

  • Active RRT or CRT license, WI RRT required
  • Current ACLS and BLS certifications
  • Minimum 3 years’ respiratory experience, including NICU
  • Comfort in critical care and emergency settings
  • Prior EPIC charting experience in the last 12 months
  • Flexible to float between covering units/facilities as census requires
  • Covid-19 vaccination, unless an exemption applies

  • Deliver advanced respiratory therapy with a focus on NICU and critical care
  • Adapt to changing patient needs and varying work environments
  • Collaborate as a positive team player with strong communication skills
  • Adhere to all clinical policies and remain flexible across multiple units
