Key Qualifications

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential
• Experience in pediatric care settings strongly preferred
• Proficiency in advanced respiratory therapies: nebulizers, aerosol, MDI/DPI, airway clearance, PEP devices, and high-frequency chest wall oscillation
• Capable in airway management: suctioning, tracheostomy care, ventilator checks, CPAP/BiPAP/NIMV, and intubation
• Skilled with high-risk delivery protocols, surfactant administration, and NRP protocol
• Strong background in blood gas sampling, interpretation, and humidity therapy
• Familiarity with clinical practice guidelines for asthma, cystic fibrosis, RDS, and other pediatric conditions
• Experience in patient transport (internal, MRI, Neonatal RRT)
• Ability to maintain, clean, and troubleshoot respiratory equipment
