Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Active Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential
  • Demonstrated expertise in Level 4 NICU respiratory support
  • Prior experience caring for cardiac transplant patients highly valued
  • Current state licensure and relevant certifications required
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical assessment abilities
  • Adaptable to fast-paced pediatric/critical care settings

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive respiratory therapy in a Level 4 NICU environment
  • Deliver evidence-based support for cardiac transplant patients of all ages
  • Perform ventilator management, airway care, and advanced monitoring
  • Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians and nursing staff
  • Maintain detailed, accurate patient records and participate in rounds
