Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) | Midway, Florida

This travel opportunity exposes you to a broad spectrum of patient care environments and innovative practices. Working with a team of experienced colleagues at a leading regional hospital, you'll develop your clinical expertise and strengthen your professional network. You’ll benefit from hands-on learning with advanced equipment, including Puritan Bennet 980 ventilators, Vapotherm systems, and bedside ABG analyzers.

Schedule:

• 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Minimum three 12-hour shifts per week
• Rotating weekends required

Key Qualifications:

• Registered Respiratory Therapist with active license
• Current ACLS, BLS, PALS, and NRP certifications
• Critical care and emergency care experience strongly preferred
• Proficient in ventilator and bipap management, aerosol treatments, intubation, arterial line insertion, bronch assist
• Familiarity with Meditech documentation preferred
• Professional, positive attitude and a commitment to high-quality patient care

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver a full range of respiratory therapy procedures across all inpatient units
• Manage critical interventions in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Rotate through all hospital floors and two 10-bed ICUs
• Participate in daily nursing unit roundings and contribute to patient care planning
• Provide compassionate support with integrity, fairness, and respect

$1,452 - $1,536/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
