Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Current licensure as a Registered Respiratory Therapist
- Accredited Respiratory Therapy program graduate (associate’s or bachelor’s degree)
- Valid NBRC (National Board for Respiratory Care) credential
- BLS and ACLS certifications required; PALS preferred
- Prior experience in acute care or hospital settings
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and adaptability skills
Typical Responsibilities:
- Deliver respiratory care for patients across neonatal, pediatric, and adult populations
- Administer and monitor oxygen therapies, aerosol treatments, and ventilator support
- Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff to establish and evaluate care plans

- Educate patients and their families on respiratory health management and equipment use
- Ensure accurate documentation of interventions and patient outcomes
