This travel opportunity offers a dynamic schedule within an advanced healthcare setting, providing the chance to collaborate with a diverse, skilled team. You’ll expand your clinical skills while exploring neighboring communities and enjoying meaningful adventures during your downtime.

Schedule:

  • 13-week assignment
  • 36 guaranteed hours per week
  • Night shifts: Rotating 12- and 8-hour shifts (6:30 PM–7:00 AM or 6:30 AM–3:00 PM)
  • Every 2nd or 3rd weekend required

Minimum Requirements:

  • Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) with a current WI license
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in critical care respiratory settings
  • Recent NICU experience required
  • Certifications: ACLS, BLS (must be attached upon application)
  • Recent EPIC charting experience (within past 12 months)
  • Must be adaptable, resilient, and a strong communicator
  • Covid-19 vaccination required unless exempt per medical/religious grounds

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional respiratory care to critical care and NICU patients
  • Float between assigned units and additional facilities as needed (never outside core clinical competencies)
  • Adapt to evolving care needs and demonstrate flexibility during high-acuity situations
  • Practice within current protocols and patient safety standards
