The position offers additional professional growth by requiring flexibility to float to different hospital locations and units, deepening your versatility and expertise.

Schedule/Hours:

• Nights: 12s and 8s (0630–1500 or 0630–1900)
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• Work every second or third weekend

Key Qualifications:

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with active WI license (CRT accepted)
• Minimum three years’ experience in the field
• Recent NICU experience required
• ACLS and BLS certifications (must be attached upon application)
• Competency with EPIC charting (used within the last 12 months)
• Experience in emergency and critical care environments
• Proven ability to adapt, work well under pressure, and handle change with resilience
• Social and collaborative working style
• Covid-19 vaccine required (medical or religious exemption considered)

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver advanced respiratory care for neonatal and critical care patients
• Manage ventilator support, airway management, and emergency interventions
