Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) - New Berlin, Wisconsin

Schedule:

• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• Combination of 12-hour and 8-hour night shifts (06:30–15:00 or 06:30–19:00)
• Every second or third weekend required

What You’ll Do:

• Provide expert respiratory care in a critical care and NICU environment
• Float to Oconomowoc Memorial, Mukwonago, and additional units as needed based on census
• Ensure high-quality emergency and acute care interventions
• Utilize EPIC charting system, maintaining meticulous records
• Adhere to established infection control and safety procedures
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes

What We’re Looking For:

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) with valid Wisconsin RRT license
• NICU experience strongly preferred
• At least 3 years in a critical care respiratory therapy setting
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications; recent EPIC charting experience (within last 12 months)
• Adaptability in fast-paced, high-acuity environments and a strong, resilient work ethic
• Covid-19 vaccine required unless exempted for medical or religious reasons
