As a Registered Respiratory Therapist with NICU experience, you’ll be exposed to a variety of patient populations and leadership styles, fostering professional development and adaptability. This position is an excellent opportunity to grow your expertise in critical care and neonatal respiratory therapy while exploring new clinical environments.

Schedule/Hours:

  • 13-week travel assignment
  • 36 guaranteed hours per week
  • Night shifts: Combination of 12-hour and 8-hour shifts (0630-1500 or 0630-1900)
  • Every 2nd or 3rd weekend rotation

Qualifications:

  • Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with current Wisconsin RRT license
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience, including NICU and critical care environments
  • Certifications: ACLS, BLS, RRT or CRT license, WI RRT
  • Recent EPIC charting experience (within the last 12 months)
  • Hardworking, adaptable, and resilient; strong social skills
  • Covid-19 vaccination required (medical or religious exemptions considered)
  • Comfortable with floating to other units and facilities as needed

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert respiratory care to neonatal, emergency, and critical care patients
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Flexibly float between units and affiliated facilities based on census
  • Demonstrate leadership and adaptability in fast-paced environments
  • Wear any color scrubs
