As a Pediatric Registered Respiratory Therapist with a focus on pediatric and neonatal care, you’ll work night shifts (3x12; 1830-0700) for a 13-week assignment, with 36 guaranteed hours each week. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality respiratory care for pediatric and neonatal patients across units as needed
• Conduct assessments, develop and implement therapeutic plans, and monitor patient progress
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other allied health professionals to ensure optimal outcomes
• Utilize state-of-the-art equipment and adhere to safety protocols and hospital policies
• Document care accurately and maintain clear communication with patients’ families

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid RRT license
• BLS (American Heart Association only), NRP, and PALS certifications
• Minimum of 2 years’ pediatric respiratory therapy experience
• Willingness to float between peds and neonatal units based on facility needs
• Strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and effective communication skills
