Schedule/Hours:
- Nights, 3x12 (1830-0700)
- 36 hours guaranteed weekly
- 13-week assignment
- No weekend or call requirements
Key Qualifications:
- Valid and active RRT licensure
- Certifications required: BLS (AHA only), NRP, and PALS
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in pediatric respiratory care
- Flexibility to float as required by the facility across pediatric and neonatal units
- Strong commitment to patient-centered care and adaptability to new environments
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality respiratory therapy to pediatric patients in a dynamic clinical setting
- Assess, plan, and implement appropriate respiratory interventions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Monitor patient progress and document responses to therapy
- Stay current with pediatric respiratory best practices and emerging technologies
