Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, and implement respiratory care for patients with acute and chronic cardiopulmonary conditions
• Administer treatments, therapies, and diagnostic tests as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor and record patients’ responses to therapy, making modifications as necessary
• Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary team members
• Educate patients and their families on respiratory care strategies and equipment usage
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Preferred Qualifications:

• Current certification as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
• Valid state license (or eligibility for licensure)
• Previous experience in an acute care setting preferred
