Qualifications & Experience:

• Current credentials as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) required
• Valid state license to practice respiratory therapy

• Proficiency in working with both adult and pediatric patients preferred
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced clinical situations

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, and deliver respiratory care for patients with acute and chronic conditions
• Operate and maintain respiratory therapy equipment, including ventilators and oxygen delivery systems
• Monitor patient progress, documenting all care accurately in medical records
• Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff to develop individualized care plans
• Educate patients and their families on respiratory treatments and home care techniques
• Maintain strict compliance with infection control and safety protocols
• Respond promptly to emergency situations requiring resuscitation and respiratory support
