Qualifications:

• Valid and current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential
• Active Respiratory Care Practitioner license (or eligibility for licensure in Washington)
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Respiratory Therapy (CoARC-accredited program)
• BLS certification (required); ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications preferred
• Minimum one year of recent acute care experience as an RRT strongly preferred
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive respiratory care to patients across age groups, including ventilator management, oxygen therapy, airway clearance, and patient assessment
• Collaborate closely with physicians and nursing staff to develop, implement, and evaluate personalized care plans

• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records in compliance with regulatory standards
• Ensure timely response to emergency respiratory situations
