The hospital features state-of-the-art facilities, including extensive medical, surgical, intensive care, and specialized women’s and children’s units. This environment is ideal for those eager to broaden their experience in acute care settings while navigating multidisciplinary teams and advanced technologies.

Schedule/Hours:

  • 36 hours per week
  • Straight Night shifts
  • Every Other Weekend required
  • May rotate to 11a-11p for Day staff as needed

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist in an acute care setting
  • Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Respiratory Therapy
  • Ventilator management experience required
  • Skilled in obtaining arterial blood gases
  • EPIC charting proficiency preferred
  • CRT or RRT credential from NBRC (National Board for Respiratory Care)
  • Active Massachusetts Respiratory Therapist License

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality care to a diverse adult and pediatric population across ICU, med/surg, ED, and specialized units
  • Operate and manage PB980 and Hamilton T1 ventilators
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes
  • Maintain accurate electronic medical records using EPIC
  • Prioritize effective, compassionate care in a fast-paced hospital environment
